Timothy J. Londrigan was born in 1957 and raised in Springfield, Illinois and continues to reside there. He graduated Griffin High School in 1976, and graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale in business administration in 1980. He also obtained his Juris Doctrine at SIU-C in 1983, during which he was a member of and captained the National Moot Court team for two years.
 
Tim joined his father, retired Appellate Court Justice James T. Londrigan in private practice in 1983, continuing the family firm, Londrigan & Londrigan, started by his Grandfather, James E. Londrigan and Great Uncle, Joseph Londrigan in 1921. In 2003 Tim joined his cousin Thomas F. Londrigan in the firm of Londrigan, Potter & Randle, where he remained until 2011. In 2015 Tim merged his practice with, and helped create the firm of Wolter, Beeman, Lynch & Londrigan.
During his more than 33 years of trial practice, he has concentrated in the area of Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. Tim has litigated many large, complex cases in Civil Court, including class actions, products liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, against well-financed corporate Defendants resulting in numerous seven and eight figure settlements and jury awards, including a $24 million dollar judgement in St. Clair County, Il.

Tim has also been employed as a hearing officer for the City of Springfield from January 2006 through January 2014, presiding over evidentiary proceedings involving city code and ordinance violations. He has been employed with the Appellate Prosecutor’s Office from 1983 to the present, responsible for handling criminal appeals for all of the counties in the Fourth Judicial Appellate District in Illinois, during which he has authored more than 500 appellate briefs and argued before the Illinois Supreme and Appellate Courts on more than 100 occasions. He also represented criminal indigents for 15 years before the U.S. Court of Appeals and Central District of Illinois concerning a variety of criminal charges, during which he was successful in securing an acquittal after trial.
is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, having served on the Tort Law Section Counsel and Finance Committee, as well as serving as an Assemblyman for many years. He is also a long term and active member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Sangamon County Bar Association and a Master on the Lincoln-Douglas Inn of Court. He speaks regularly at continuing legal education functions and seminars at the request of ISBA, ITLA, IICLE and other organizations.
